HR Recruiter

Job description:

  • Manage the entire Payroll activities from start to end.
  • Ensure error-free Salary processing every month.
  • Have knowledge about statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc).
  • Assist in designing the Salary Structures.
  • Manage hire-to-retire employee life-cycle right from recruitment to the exit process.
  • Issue Offer and appointment letters.
  • Handle complete Attendance and Leave management system for Mumbai branch.
  • Implement employee engagement practices like Birthdays, Anniversaries, and designing other events like formal and informal town hall meetings.
  • Resolve HR queries of employees within specified SLA.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Help Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Create and run referral bonus programs.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Manage daily operations of the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist for a minimum of 3 years up to 7 years only.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work comfortably under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and keep up with an occasional high volume of activity.
  • Good in maintaining error-free data in HR Systems.
  • Proficient in the error-free use of standard templates (doc files & excel files) used in the organization.
  • Mumbai candidates who can function from the office location only need apply.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Superb computer literacy and exposure to related HR software.
  • MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Determining applicants' requirements by studying the job description.
  • Designing and implementing overall recruitment strategy.
  • Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/portals.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Learning all the aspects of HR recruitment.
