HR Associate

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Company’s HR policy and Overall recruiting strategy
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Job portals etc
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Take care of employee engagement activities in the company such as Team events, Outings etc.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Manage Exit process for employees

Required Skill Sets:

  • Hands on experience with various recruitment processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge about different job portals

HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles on-going HR Operations Center activities for a Region,such as Organization Management, Recruitment, Employee Data Management, Hiring,Pre-boarding ,Onboarding,Training, ER.Also responsible for resolving errors and escalated inquiries from the State related to their specific area as needed
  • Manages all HR Functional area and technical process.
  • Answers complex inquiries based on an expert level understanding of procedures and policies,as necessary
  • Resolve errors related to queries related to employee life cycle
  • Provide and compile data for reporting,forecasting,and planning and Management reporting
  • Assist in testing system upgrades and new functionality
  • Conducts on-going processing activities for their HR Functional area.
  • Participates in continuous improvement of the OC
  • Suggest methods to update, simplify,and enhance processes, procedures,and technologies
  • To assist in development dashboard templates,data capture mechanism,reporting methods and data audit
  • To ensure high level of control environment in managing sensitive HR data and reporting, build solid process documentation and must deliver satisfactory risk and control review against any and all processes performed by the team

Education Requirement

"Masters Degree / Dploma in Human Resources will be preferred Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts / Engineering"

Experience Requirement

Minimum 1 Years - Maximum 3 Years
